Sunderland Boss Paolo Di Canio Won't Deny That Heas a Fascist

In Paolo Di Canioas press discussion this morning in Sunderland, the new manager was asked several times by BBC reporter Dan Roan to explain whether he stays a fascist or not. Di Canio declined to do this, rather mentioning each time to yesterdayas official record. The Sunderland boss then added: aI spoke many times more on this. Fans need to think my entire life speaks for me.a aI donat need to answer any longer this problem, there is a very good record from the club, (with) very, very clear words that arrived from me.a However, as I wrote about yesterday, Di Canioas official statement issued yesterday by the team does nothing setting the record straight on whether he stays a fascist or not. We can only suppose that he still thinks himself one as he did in a 2005 interview, until he denies a fascist to heas. Di Canioas visit at Sunderland has been met by opposition from local supporters. The Durham Minersa Association have joined the opposition to Di Canioas visit, although some Sunderland fans have demanded that Di Canio retract his pro-fascist views. Meanwhile, Di Canio is positive about his Sunderland squad, adding: aI donat know very well what has happened here but with the players place got I canat imagine why we're just one place above the relegation zone.a aBut it's important that the fans at the end are thrilled, hopefully next several years we could enjoy but for now it's just important to access May 19. We know we wish to stay up to retain our position in this league. I recently hope the fans will recognize Paolo Di Canio and the participants, that people work for this team with the utmost professionalism.a
