Blue-turn: Carlos Tevez hints he may sign a brand new option to remain at... - Mirror.co.uk

'Itas different as last season when I needed to leave the moment possible. Iam going through a distinct time' says Argentine Shaun Botterill Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez has suggested he will be prepared to stay at the Etihad beyond his present contract. The Argentine's deal finishes at the end of next period and he has been consistently associated with a shift away - stating that he'd ultimately want to come back to Boca Juniors in his homeland. The controversial forward nearly left the club last time after a bust-up with boss Roberto Mancini but goes to Corinthians and AC Milan fell through before Tevez worked himself back in competition with the Blues. Just over last year, it seemed impossible that Tevez would honour his agreement, however the Argentina striker asserts he's more satisfied now - despite the club's curiosity about the kind of Edinson Cavani and Radamel Falcao. Talking to Sunlight, Tevez said: aI have per year left and I'll respect that. Iall think of whether to sign a brand new one. aItas different as last period when I desired to leave when possible. Iam going through a different time. The team is treating me effectively and thatas so important for me.a
