LeSean McCoy is adamant he never assaulted a woman for the party bus back around December and claims his accuser is actually trying to shake him down for most cash, TMZ. com records.
McCoy's lawyer, Andrew N. Smith said, "The allegations against LeSean McCoy can be completely, unequivocally false. "
Brenard continues, "There are no legal charges pending [against McCoy] and no probable cause was at any time found. "
As previously reported, a woman using the alias "Mary Roe" filed a lawsuit against the Philadelphia Eagles music artist claiming she was attacked and badly injured on McCoy's party bus back December after she objected to being sprayed with water.
McCoy's attorney at law says, "This is sadly an endeavor to extract money and LeSean will vigorously defend any try and collect money through a personal injury claim. "
